Turning– 25 lathes with the capacity to do 40 feet in length and up to 34” OD.

We provide laser cladding services to fit your products needs. With our in-house laser clad shop, Alberta Laser Cladding, we offer OD, ID and laser heat treat. We lay down the hard facing in various thicknesses, using a wide variety of different powders.
Armor Machine owns an in-house drilling shop Center drill. We have two deep bore drilling machines with the ability to perform solid bore drilling up to 20 feet one way and 40 feet both ways. We hit tight tolerances on ID holes ranging from 1” to 8”.
We also have internal gun drilling capabilities for holes less than 1” ID with a stroke of 56”.
Full independent dimensional and documentation inspection department. Over 70 years experience with our Inspection management staff. We can provide turnover packages, full dimensional inspection reports, CMM reports and first article inspection. With a full gauge room featuring a complete set of API gauges.
We also provide in-house NDE. Two Non Destructive Examination employees on site, with the ability to perform MPI, LPI and UT inspection. As well as the ability to do destructive testing including cross section micrographs and vicers hardness testing
We provide one of a kind EDM services to fit your needs. We have a unique EDM that sinks 15 feet into the ground, in which we can accommodate up to 20” diameter components.
